Once a marketing package has been selected, your campaign is prepared and launched to the market. All property viewing times are agreed upon and we conduct home opens or private viewings working with your schedule.  We communicate with you regularly throughout this period and provide a weekly communication report to ensure you are kept in the loop.

The selling time can vary depending on market conditions and other stock
available. If after a few weeks we do not have an offer, we will review our selling strategy with you. Once an offer is made we will present it to you straight away (including verbal offers) and work closely with you to ensure we achieve the best outcome.

Both the seller and buyer agree on a settlement date which is included in the Contract of Sale. The property settlement period is usually 30-90 days. A final inspection will be organised within 7 days prior to the settlement date. The final inspection usually takes up to an hour depending on the size of the property. A seller must hand over the property in the same condition as it was sold.
